Henry Lee

Chief Executive Officer

Graduated from the Department of Biological Sciences at Kaohsiung Medical University. He spent two years conducting firefly research in Namasia before becoming a project assistant for the Namasia USR Project.

His journey deepened when he connected with the children of Namasia through a science exhibition, where he gained valuable insights into the region's ecology and culture through their perspectives.

It was during this time that Henry discovered stingless bees. He believes that while scientific research alone may not fully improve the ecological environment, combining it with cultural and economic partnerships with local communities can lead to impactful and lasting chang

Irene Somook De Castro

Chief Marketing Officer

A Bachelor of Informatics graduate from Shu-Te University, Irene has elevated the company's visibility through innovative strategies like interactive websites and community workshops.

Coming from a humble background where she witnessed the unfair treatment of those less fortunate, Irene is deeply committed to creating opportunities for people lacking them. She envisions a workplace that values everyone equally while fostering awareness of environmental stewardship.

With a strategic focus on AI and modern technologies, Irene is driving Ing Stingless Bee to lead in ethical business, sustainability, and ecological innovation.

Eva Chen

Chief Operating Officer

Graduated from the Department of Marine Biotechnology and Resources at National Sun Yat-sen University. She previously served as a project assistant for the Kaohsiung Medical University Namasia USR Project.

During her work with the USR program, Eva formed meaningful connections with the local community in Namasia and was deeply moved by their profound love and meticulous care for the land.

This heartfelt inspiration became the driving force behind her commitment to the Ing Stingless Bee team. Eva aims to take concrete actions to promote the harmonious development of local economies and ecological sustainability, creating greater opportunities and possibilities for this cherished land.
